I graduated in 2024 from The School of Artisan Food.

I was inspired to apply for the Advanced Diploma as it was my dream to complete a baking course, enhance my knowledge and gain more experience in this field.

The number of educational activities and programmes The School of Artisan Food was offering within a 6-month course was amazing, motivating me to apply for the course. I was able to experiment with different recipes and create unique baked goods.

I enjoyed the hands-on experience, learning about different ingredients, having interactions with my fellow students, and receiving feedback on baked goods from tutors.

The facilities were excellent. The School provided everything we needed to learn and practice advanced techniques and creativity while improving technical skills.

Welbeck Estate was a peaceful and beautiful experience, and I believe this is what every international student wishes to have – a home away from home feeling. I felt safe and all the staff were very helpful and caring.

The advice I would give to a prospective student interested in applying for the course is to go for it and not think twice. You will learn new skills, gain experience, get your money’s worth and have an unforgettable experience.

My advice for prospective students is to always concentrate on your goals and be attentive.

I had the opportunity to do a work placement during my course, where I learnt new methods of baking. The experience was wonderful.

I would recommend The School of Artisan Food to anyone thinking of taking up baking as a career as the School is well-known. It has contributed immensely to my career as I’m currently working on my new bakery project.
