Stichelton Dairy

Stichelton is a traditional English blue cheese made here on the Welbeck estate using fresh unpasteurised milk from the estate’s own herd of pedigree Holstein Friesian cows.

It is celebrated through the cheesemaking industry as one of the great British cheeses and famed for its creamy texture and underlying malted, toasty flavours.
