Join us for two days of Vegan Christmas Baking with Martha Brown. Immerse yourself in the festive spirit as you master a delightful array of vegan holiday treats, perfect for sharing with friends and family. From timeless classics to innovative desserts, this course offers hands-on experience and expert guidance.

Throughout the session, you will learn to create an array of festive vegan delights, which may include:

  • Amaretti Biscuits - Craft these crunchy, almond-flavoured biscuits, ideal for gifting or enjoying with a warm beverage.
  • Chocolate-Covered Honeycomb - Discover the secrets to making this crunchy, sweet treat, coated in rich vegan chocolate.
  • Gluhwein Pate de Fruits - Infuse your holiday with the flavours of mulled wine in these exquisite, jewel-like fruit jellies.
  • Brioche for Christmas Morning - Bake a soft, fluffy vegan brioche, perfect for a luxurious Christmas morning breakfast.
  • Marzipan Stollen - Create this traditional German treat, filled with rich marzipan, perfect for an afternoon teatime indulgence.
  • Hand-Laminated Puff Pastry - Learn the art of making delicate, flaky puff pastry to take home and use as the centrepiece for your Christmas dinner.
  • Cherry, Dark Chocolate, and Hazelnut Layered Dessert - Assemble this decadent, multi-layered dessert that will impress your guests and satisfy any sweet tooth.
  • Vegan Sausage Rolls Demonstration - Watch a demonstration on how to make mouth-watering vegan sausage rolls, with some samples to taste during the session.

The course takes place in the School’s bakery training facility, using professional and domestic equipment. All products on the course are available to take home, along with recipes and technical notes.

The School of Artisan Food makes a conscious effort to reduce waste and packaging. Students are welcome to bring their own containers to transport their food home.

Refreshments will be available throughout each day, as well as lunch prepared by our catering team. All ingredients, equipment, and recipes will be provided.
