Join our expert tutor, Paul Raddan, on this one-day course of Sourdough and Yeasted Sweet bakes.
Spend the day at The School of Artisan Food, making an array of yeasted sweet bakes, these will include Cinnamon Buns, Chocolate & Vanilla Custard Torsade, Mini Doughnuts & Rum Babas. You will also make a Walnut & Raisin Sourdough, slightly sweet and perfect with strong cheeses or when toasted and smothered with honey.
No prior baking experience is necessary; just enthusiasm and a willingness to work alongside other food lovers.
The School of Artisan Food makes a conscious effort to reduce waste and packaging, so we encourage you to bring your own containers to transport your food home.
Refreshments will be available throughout the day, as well as a buffet-style lunch prepared by our catering team. All ingredients, equipment and recipes will be provided.
