There are few things more satisfying to make than a big pile of fluffy naan breads: ready to mop up any curry.

Or how about filling your perfectly-pocketed pitta breads for lunch? Learn all the skills and techniques including stuffed naans (peshwari, keema, garlic & coriander).

No prior experience is necessary, just a willingness to learn and enjoy the process.

All ingredients, equipment & recipes included. Tea & Coffee available for the break.

The School of Artisan Food is located on the Welbeck Estate in the heart of Sherwood Forest, Nottinghamshire, just a few minutes from the A1 and M1.

We make a conscious effort to reduce waste and packaging. Students are encouraged to bring their own containers in which to take food home.
