Festive Baking Course at The School of Artisan Food
Join us for a seasonal baking experience designed to bring warmth, creativity, and festive cheer to your kitchen. This hands-on course is a wonderful way to prepare for the holidays while crafting a delicious Christmas pudding to enjoy with family and friends.
You’ll learn how to make a lighter twist on the traditional Christmas pudding, rich in flavour and the perfect centrepiece for your festive table.
You’ll bake your pudding at home with the help of our easy-to-follow instructions. But that’s not all, this course also includes bonus recipes to elevate your festive baking:
• Spelt Bread – ideal for making your own breadcrumbs
• Homemade Eccles Cakes – a delightful way to use up leftover pudding
This course is suitable for all skill levels. Whether you're a seasoned baker or a complete beginner, you'll be welcomed with enthusiasm and leave with the confidence to create something truly special.

This is due to the continuous and varied use of our teaching spaces, common areas and food preparation areas.
If in any doubt, please contact us to discuss your individual circumstances prior to making a booking, as this will then enable us to produce a personalised Risk Assessment based on your own specific circumstances and better judge if we can safely accommodate you on site.
- Please make sure to bring your own Christmas Pudding bowl as you will be taking it home to bake. Please bring an oven-safe glass, pyrex or porcelain pudding basin (the size of a medium Christmas pudding, top diameter of around 16cm
